Firstly, great great grandmother worked as courtesan in the palace during king rama v, and her main job was cooking. She assisted the executive chef to cook different kinds of traditional thai food for royal family. She experienced, and had knowledge of cooking, especially all kind of thai traditional chilli paste, and crushed chilli with shrimp, crab, fish, pork, etc in order to have a variety of tastes for the royal members. All recipes are delicious, nutritious, and have wide range of flavours, with original thai herbs which are good for health such as garlic, kaffir lime, tamarind, red onion, dried chilli, etc. Cooking knowledged was passed from one generation to the following generation which is almost nearly 90 years. Mae juntima is the fourth generation, and she started business with opening a small thai restaurant in Bangkok for 30 years, and selling mainly thai food.

In 1974, mae juntima decided to establish another business by producing traditional thai chilli paste&crushing chilli with natural thai herbs. Since then, mae juntima thai herbal chilli paste has been established up till present. All recipes were inherited from her great great grandmother WHO worked as assistant to the executive chief in the palace during king rama v that can guarantee the unique tastes, and quality.
